BLACK RECRUITERS NETWORK Association (BRN) formed for the primary purpose of providing mentoring and training support to Black Staffing and Human Resource Professionals in Silicon Valley.

Today, BRN Association is a Non-Profit Organization that provides critical training to all Professionals who impact hiring decisions. Whether HR, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, our goal is to make sure professionals that influence hiring decisions have the tools, and resources needed to increase their ability to provide access to career opportunities for Black Professionals Globally.

In today’s knowledge-based economy, being equipped with the right tools to compete in a dynamic market can make or break a successful career. Successful careers start with exposure to the right accessories or resources, and tools, that get you to your desired destiny.

BRN knows understands that we all lead busy lives, so keeping ahead of the game can be over-whelming – and the idea of keeping up with the latest tools to maintain a healthly career can seem impossible. BRN 2006 SUCCESSORIES Series will provide tools and critical information needed to continue building your career. Information drives decisionsè so when the latest and most current information is not available, you may be making business decisions in a vacuum that are not in your long-range best interest.

Imagine a firefighter attempting to put out a fire without a water hose, or a pilot flying without the benefit of a radar system in the cockpit… Without adequate tools, you end up working harder, and in most cases winning becomes impossible. Today’s business climate, no longer allows us the luxury of relying on academic and business skills alone to maintain a thriving career, or get us to the next level.

BRN Associations’ drive to build bridges that create ACCESS to key career career opportunities is moving us in the direction to become a leader in providing services that promote Professional Development, and create networking channels that will keep you connected and help you successfully navigate your way to a thriving career that is not determined by a fluctuating economy.
